Every paid job plan includes ad-free browsing across ODM Rx (ODMPlatforms.com) for the signed-in job poster while the job is active. With multiple paid jobs, access lasts until the latest qualifying plan expiry. Free jobs do not extend this benefit.

The listing returns to free-plan benefits after the paid period ends. Newsletter, operational-email-footer and keyword placements appear only when that entitlement is enabled for the active plan.

ODM Rx Platform provides the listing and direct-contact tools. Applicant response still depends on the role, pay, location, schedule and quality of the post.

Yes, when the free plan is active and shown above. Paid plans are optional visibility and applicant-tool upgrades; ODM Rx Platform does not take a placement commission.

What is the difference between Coins and a Job Pass?

Coins are consumed by individual actions and unused balance does not expire. Each Job Pass has its own duration, contact-unlock allowance and listed benefits.

Does paying guarantee applicants or a job?

No. Paid products provide the listed access, visibility or tools. Outcomes still depend on the role, profile, market, location, pay and user decisions.

What happens when a clinic plan expires?

Paid visibility and lead entitlements stop, and the job returns to the currently available free-plan benefits. Existing application records are handled under the normal product rules.
