2. Nature of Digital Products

ODM Rx offers certain digital access products, including but not limited to:

• ODM Rx Coins
• ODM Rx Pass
• Access to locked recruiter contact details
• Resume creation or premium profile services
• Access to platform features that require coins or passes

These products are non-physical digital services and are consumed immediately upon use or activation.

3. Strict No Refund Policy

All purchases made on ODM Rx are final and non-refundable.

ODM Rx does not provide refunds, returns, exchanges, or cancellations under any circumstances, including but not limited to:

• unused coins

• unused passes

• accidental purchases

• change of mind

• job application outcomes

• recruiter non-response

• employment results

• platform usage misunderstanding

Users must carefully review purchase details before completing payment.

4. Expiry of Coins

ODM Rx Coins automatically expire after 45 days from the date of purchase if they remain unused.

Once coins expire:

• they are permanently removed from the user account
• they cannot be restored or reactivated
• no refunds or compensation will be provided

Coins are designed as time-limited digital access credits.

5. Pass Validity

ODM Rx Pass products are valid only for the duration displayed at the time of purchase.

Once the validity period ends:

• the pass expires automatically

• remaining benefits cannot be carried forward

• no refund or extension will be granted

Users must check the displayed validity period before purchase.

6. Burn Mechanism (Irreversible Usage)

ODM Rx Coins are used to unlock platform services, including but not limited to:

• unlocking recruiter contact details

• applying to certain listings

• creating or boosting resumes

• accessing premium platform features

Once coins are used, they are permanently burned within the system.

Burned coins cannot be reversed, recovered, or refunded under any circumstances.

7. Payment Processing

All payments on ODM Rx are processed through third-party payment gateway providers.

Currently, payments are handled by:

PayU India

ODM Rx does not store or process sensitive payment data, including:

• credit card numbers

• debit card numbers

• CVV codes

• banking credentials

All payment information is securely processed by the payment gateway provider according to their policies.

ODM Rx shall not be liable for payment processing errors, delays, or disputes arising from third-party payment providers.

8. Payment Disputes

If users experience issues related to payment processing, they should contact the payment gateway provider directly or their banking institution.

ODM Rx cannot guarantee the resolution of payment disputes handled by external payment processors.

9. Fraudulent Chargebacks

Users agree not to initiate fraudulent chargebacks or payment reversals after purchasing digital products.

If a chargeback is initiated after coins or passes are issued:

ODM Rx reserves the right to:

• suspend or terminate the user account
• block future purchases
• restrict platform access
• take legal action if necessary
