The website www.odmplatforms.com and related services are collectively referred to as “ODM Rx” or “the Platform.”

2. Platform Nature

ODM Rx is strictly a technology-based listing and information platform designed to connect:

• healthcare job applicants

• clinics and hospitals

• recruiters

• healthcare professionals

The platform may host listings related to positions such as:

MBBS, MD, MS, MCh, BAMS, BHMS, GNM, ANM, BSc Nursing, and other healthcare roles.

ODM Rx does not act as a recruitment agency, employment consultancy, staffing firm, or employer.

ODM Rx only provides a medium for information exchange.

3. No Recruitment or Hiring Responsibility

ODM Rx does not participate in the recruitment process and does not:

• verify recruiters
• conduct interviews
• select candidates
• negotiate employment
• guarantee hiring outcomes

All hiring decisions and employment agreements occur directly between recruiters and applicants.

ODM Rx bears no responsibility for employment outcomes.

4. Third-Party Listings

Job listings may originate from:

• clinics or hospitals

• recruiters

• external job platforms

• third-party contributors

ODM Rx does not guarantee the authenticity, accuracy, or legality of any listing.

Applicants must independently verify all job opportunities.

ODM Rx shall not be responsible for disputes, fraud, financial loss, or employment issues resulting from these interactions.

7. Professional Profile Disclaimer

Healthcare professionals may voluntarily submit professional profiles.

ODM Rx does not verify qualifications, licenses, or medical certifications.

All profiles represent self-declared information provided by users.

ODM Rx shall not be responsible for inaccuracies or misrepresentation.

8. AI-Generated Listing Protection

Certain content on the platform may be created or assisted by automated tools, algorithms, or artificial intelligence systems for purposes such as:

• job aggregation

• formatting job information

• generating listing descriptions

Such content may contain errors, omissions, or outdated information.

ODM Rx does not guarantee the accuracy or completeness of AI-generated or automatically sourced content.

Users must independently verify all information before acting upon it.

ODM Rx shall not be liable for damages arising from reliance on AI-generated or automated listings.

9. Financial Fraud Warning

ODM Rx does not charge applicants for job placement.

If any recruiter requests payment for:

• interviews

• job confirmation

• recruitment processing

users should treat such requests as suspicious.

ODM Rx shall not be responsible for financial losses caused by third-party recruiters.

10. Digital Consent Clause

By accessing or using ODM Rx, users acknowledge and agree that:

• they have read and understood the platform policies
• they consent to the collection and use of information as described in the Privacy Policy
• they accept all platform disclaimers and limitations of liability

User actions including:

• account creation

• login

• unlocking recruiter details

• purchasing coins or passes

• submitting profiles

shall constitute legally binding digital consent to all platform policies.

This consent shall be considered valid under the Information Technology Act, 2000 (India) governing electronic records and digital agreements.

11. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, ODM Rx, ODM Platforms, Baputalk Media Platforms, and founder Mr. Pratap Singh shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, consequential, or special damages, including but not limited to:

• employment loss

• job fraud

• financial damages

• reputational harm

• miscommunication between users

• unauthorized data sharing by third parties

• third-party recruiter misconduct

• technical platform failures

Use of the platform is entirely at the user’s own risk.

12. Liability Cap

In any circumstance where liability may legally arise, the maximum total liability of ODM Rx shall not exceed the total amount paid by the user to the platform in the preceding 30 days, if any.

If no payment has been made by the user, the liability shall be limited to INR 0 (Zero Rupees).

13. No Warranty

ODM Rx services are provided “AS IS” and “AS AVAILABLE.”

ODM Rx makes no warranties of any kind, including:

• job availability

• platform reliability

• listing accuracy

• recruiter legitimacy

All warranties, express or implied, are disclaimed to the fullest extent permitted by law.

14. Force Majeure

ODM Rx shall not be held responsible for delays, failures, or service interruptions caused by events beyond reasonable control, including but not limited to:

• natural disasters

• government restrictions

• cyberattacks

• internet outages

• power failures

• technical infrastructure failures

• war or civil unrest

During such events, ODM Rx obligations may be temporarily suspended without liability.

15. Platform Rights

ODM Rx reserves the right to:

• modify platform services
• remove job listings
• suspend or terminate accounts
• update platform policies

at any time without prior notice.

16. Arbitration Clause

Any dispute arising from the use of ODM Rx shall first be attempted to be resolved through mutual discussion.

If unresolved, disputes shall be settled by binding arbitration under the Arbitration and Conciliation Act, 1996 (India).

The arbitration shall:

• be conducted in Churu, Rajasthan, India
• be held in English or Hindi
• be decided by a single arbitrator

The decision of the arbitrator shall be final and binding.

17. Governing Law

This disclaimer and all platform policies shall be governed by the laws of India.

Courts located in Churu, Rajasthan shall have jurisdiction over matters not subject to arbitration.
