This role offers a fixed monthly CTC of 85,000 along with provided accommodation and lunch. It is suitable for medical professionals seeking a structured industrial health environment with a standard Monday to Saturday work week.
PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES & DAILY WORKFLOW
- Manage daily outpatient consultations for plant employees.
- Conduct routine health screenings and medical examinations.
- Maintain accurate electronic medical records for all patient encounters.
- Coordinate emergency response protocols within the industrial facility.
- Provide occupational health guidance to staff regarding workplace safety.
- Participate in rotational shift duties as per the 8.5-hour schedule.
Candidate Qualifications & Experience
- MBBS degree
- 2–3 years of mandatory clinical experience
- Immediate availability for joining
- Prior experience in Occupational or Industrial Health is preferred
Financial Terms & Remuneration
The position offers a salary of 85k CTC per month. Accommodation and lunch are provided by the facility.
