PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES & DAILY WORKFLOW

  • Manage patient intake and triage within the OHC medical room.
  • Administer nursing care and support clinical procedures as per GNM/BSc protocols.
  • Monitor health records and maintain documentation for industrial employees.
  • Coordinate daily medical room operations during 8-hour rotational or general shifts.
  • Provide emergency first aid and clinical assistance as required by the site.
  • Ensure compliance with company medical policies and safety standards.

Essential Qualifications & Clinical Standing

  • GNM or BSc Nursing for positions.
  • degree with mandatory AFIH certification for the Doctor position.
  • Minimum 1.5 years of clinical experience for nursing applicants.
  • Current registration with relevant medical or nursing councils.

Compensation & Practice Offerings

Staff Nurse CTC is Rs. 25,000 per month with an in-hand salary of Rs. 21,000. The AFIH Doctor position offers a salary of Rs. 1,20,000 per month. Food is available during duty hours for the medical room staff.
