Practice Deliverables & Care Protocols
- Administer morning and evening medications as prescribed.
- Monitor the health status of the elderly patients throughout the 24-hour shift.
- Prepare meals according to the dietary requirements of the patients.
- Maintain hygiene and cleanliness within the living area.
- Assist patients with daily living activities and mobility.
- Coordinate with the senior doctor regarding any changes in patient condition.
Prerequisites & Professional Licensure
- Female staff preferred for this home-care setting.
- Prior experience in elderly care or nursing assistance.
- Availability for 24-hour duty shifts.
- Ability to manage both clinical and domestic support tasks.
EMOLUMENTS & PRACTICE BENEFITS
Nursing staff will receive a salary of Rs. 45,000. GD staff will receive a salary of Rs. 28,000.
