Departmental vacancy open at Netaji Subhash Chandra Bose International Airport in Dum Dum. The facility requires industrial nurses to manage occupational health and emergency first-aid response within the aviation transport zone.
ESSENTIAL JOB FUNCTIONS & PATIENT CARE
- Attend to occupational injuries and sudden medical emergencies arriving at the airport medical outpost.
- Administer first aid, stabilize patients, and coordinate emergency hospital transfers when required.
- Maintain daily logs of patient visits, treatments administered, and medical inventory usage.
- Monitor workplace health standards and assist with routine health screenings for staff.
- Communicate effectively with incoming patients in Bengali, Hindi, and English to gather clinical histories.
- Ensure all medical equipment in the emergency tray is sterilized and ready for deployment.
Candidate Profile & Medical Licensure
- ANM, GNM, and BSc Nursing qualification.
- Freshers and experienced both apply.
- Specific gender allocation: 6 female and 10 male positions open.
- Fluency in Bengali, Hindi, and English languages.
