This position offers a stable entry-level opportunity for nursing graduates or diploma holders to gain clinical experience in a private healthcare setting. The role provides a fixed monthly in-hand salary of 18,000 with a structured six-day work week.
Essential Clinical Duties & Caseload
- Administer prescribed medications and treatments to patients.
- Monitor patient vital signs during both day and night shifts.
- Maintain accurate patient records and clinical documentation.
- Assist senior medical staff during consultations and examinations.
- Execute patient care protocols according to facility standards.
- Coordinate with the medical team to ensure smooth ward operations.
Candidate Qualifications & Experience
- EMT, ANM, GNM, or B.Sc Nursing qualification required.
- 0–6 months of experience (freshers are eligible to apply).
- Male and female candidates are eligible for this position.
Employment Terms & Financial Package
- Salary: 18,000 Inhand per month.
- Working schedule: 6 days per week with 1 day off.
- Shift timing: 9 am to 6 pm or 9 pm to 6 am.
- Accommodation is not provided; candidates must self-manage.
