Limited positions available — This role is based within a cement industry facility in Parewar, Rajasthan. The position focuses on providing occupational health services for the industrial workforce.
Core Patient Care & Clinical Operations
- Manage daily medical consultations within the Occupational Health Centre.
- Monitor employee health status through regular clinical assessments.
- Maintain health records in compliance with industrial safety standards.
- Provide emergency medical support for workplace injuries.
- Coordinate health screenings for the onsite staff.
- Ensure adherence to occupational health protocols during general shifts.
PROFESSIONAL CRITERIA & MEDICAL CREDENTIALS
Afih Qualification
- Minimum 2 years of experience in an OHC
- Relevant Occupational Health experience preferred
Compensation Scale & Workplace Terms
Total CTC is up to ₹1.20 LPA, determined by experience and last drawn salary. Food and accommodation are provided by the facility. Working hours are set for the general shift from Monday to Saturday, with Sunday as a weekly off.
