This position provides qualified medical graduates a structured role in healthcare coordination and patient management within the specialized domain of fertility and reproductive health.
Key Responsibilities
- Guide patients through their care processes, appointments, and treatment timelines.
- Communicate clinical follow-up instructions and address patient queries effectively.
- Coordinate patient access and feedback for partner fertility clinics and doctors.
- Support organizational efforts in brand visibility and patient outreach.
- Maintain systematic records of patient communications, journey milestones, and feedback.
- Facilitate smooth operational coordination between patients and healthcare providers.
Qualifications and Requirements
- BAMS, BHMS, or BUMS qualification required.
- 1 to 2 years of work experience.
- Basic knowledge of Gynecology, Obstetrics, and Fertility Treatment is preferred.
