Walk-in welcome at this Occupational Health Centre (OHC) located within a pharmaceutical facility in the Mahad MIDC area. This role focuses on providing clinical support and health monitoring for employees within the industrial site.
Why This Role
This position offers a fixed monthly take-home salary of Rs. 21,000 after PF deductions, with a total CTC of Rs. 26,000. It provides an opportunity for nursing professionals to gain specific experience in an industrial healthcare setting.
DAY-TO-DAY CLINICAL ACCOUNTABILITIES
- Monitor employee health status within the pharmaceutical facility premises.
- Provide first-aid and emergency care for workplace injuries.
- Maintain accurate medical records for all staff consultations.
- Coordinate with the facility management for health compliance reporting.
- Assist in conducting routine health check-ups and screenings.
- Manage the OHC medical supplies and inventory for daily operations.
Gnm or B.sc Nursing Qualification
- Valid Nursing Registration
- 1 year of clinical experience
Employment Terms & Financial Package
The position offers a CTC of Rs. 26,000 per month, with a take-home salary of Rs. 21,000 after PF deductions. Accommodation is not provided and must be managed by the candidate.
Workplace Location & Facility
Selected candidates will undergo standard hospital onboarding and credentialing.
