Clinical opening announced at Karmanya Ayurveda Chikitsalaya, Pune, Maharashtra. This facility provides authentic Ayurvedic treatments and requires experienced therapists to join their clinical team.
Why This Role
The clinic offers a structured compensation package that includes base salary, performance-based commissions, and incentives. On-site accommodation is provided for staff, and the facility maintains a fixed salary disbursement schedule on the 10th of every month.
CLINICAL OPERATIONS & WARD RESPONSIBILITIES
- Perform traditional Ayurvedic therapies and procedures as per clinic protocols.
- Manage patient treatment schedules during the 8-hour shift.
- Maintain hygiene and cleanliness standards within the treatment rooms.
- Monitor patient comfort and response during therapy sessions.
- Assist senior practitioners with Panchakarma and other specialized treatments.
- Coordinate with the clinic team to ensure smooth daily operations.
Doctor Profile & Required Credentials
- Minimum 5 years of professional experience as a Kerala Therapist.
- Candidates must be specialized in Kerala-style Ayurvedic massage and therapy.
- Open to both male and female applicants.
Compensation Package & Practice Incentives
The role offers a monthly salary between Rs. 25,000 and Rs. 30,000. This includes commissions, incentives, and a monthly food allowance of Rs. 2,000. On-site accommodation is provided.
