PRIMARY JOB FUNCTIONS & CLINICAL CARE
- Manage daily OPD consultations and IPD ward rounds for assigned patients.
- Perform specialty-specific surgical or diagnostic procedures as per department requirements.
- Maintain accurate patient records and HIS entries for all clinical encounters.
- Coordinate with nursing staff to ensure timely administration of treatment plans.
- Provide emergency triage and on-call coverage for the respective departments.
- Adhere to hospital protocols regarding clinical documentation and patient safety.
Doctor Profile & Required Credentials
- MBBS degree for General Physician roles with valid RMC registration.
- MD, MS, DNB, or relevant super-specialty degree for Consultant positions.
- Sonologist candidates must hold valid RMC registration.
- Experience ranging from 0 to 4 years depending on the specific specialty.
Compensation Scale & Workplace Terms
Salaries range from Rs. 55,000 per month for MBBS roles up to Rs. 8,00,000 per month for Cardiologists, with specific incentives available for Neurosurgeons and Radiologists. Accommodation is provided for the duration of the contract.
