Job Overview

Walk-in welcome at Karmanya Ayurveda Chikitsalaya in , Maharashtra. The centre requires experienced Kerala Therapists for immediate full-time clinical staffing. The facility is recruiting 2 Male therapists and 1 Female therapist for therapy operations.

This position provides structured clinical employment along with on-site accommodation and Kerala home-cooked meals, paired with performance-linked incentives for patient conversion.


Key Responsibilities

  • Administer authentic Kerala Ayurvedic therapies and patient care procedures.
  • Execute daily treatment schedules assigned during 8-hour working shifts.
  • Maintain strict hygiene and safety protocols inside therapy rooms.
  • Educate patients on therapy protocols to support treatment adherence.
  • Document treatment sessions and track patient progress accurately.
  • Coordinate with clinical staff to manage daily appointment flows efficiently.

Qualifications and Requirements

  • Minimum 3 years of experience as a Kerala Therapist required.
  • Candidate eligibility is restricted to 2 Male and 1 Female therapists only. Couple therapists are not eligible.

Salary and Benefits

  • Salary from Rs. 20,000 to Rs. 25,000 per month.
  • Additional commission for patient conversion plus performance incentives.
  • On-site accommodation provided.
  • Three times Kerala home-cooked food (Veg and Non-Veg) provided.
  • Fixed salary credit on the 10th of every month for 8-hour duty shifts.
