Department Overview & Practice Setting
- Monitor patient vitals during home visits
Administer Prescribed Medications According to Schedule
- Assist patients with daily hygiene and mobility needs
- Maintain accurate records of patient health progress
- Communicate patient status updates to the primary physician
- Ensure sterile practices are followed during wound care
