About the Vacancy

All India Institute of Medical Sciences (AIIMS) Nagpur, Department of Anatomy, has issued recruitment notification Adv No: AIIMS-NAG/ANAT/CATCH/26-27/28 dated 20/08/2026 for project staff posts under an ICMR-AYUSH funded project titled CATCH Trial (Project ID: CAR-{ODM Rx Platform Protected}). These positions are temporary and contractual, co-terminus with the project. Interested candidates must submit their applications online via the post-specific Google Form links on or before 29th August 2026 by 23:59 hrs. Selection assessments and interviews will take place offline at AIIMS Nagpur on 7th September 2026.

Eligibility Criteria

Project Research Scientist-I (Medical): Essential qualification is MBBS / BAMS / BDS or equivalent degree from a recognized university. For BAMS candidates, degree or MD (Ayurveda) must be recognized under Schedule II of CCIM Act 1970 / NCISM Act 2020. Desirable qualifications include published research articles in PubMed/UGC/Scopus/WoS indexed journals, CTRI registered clinical trial experience, integrative oncology experience, and conference presentations.

Project Technical Support-I (Panchakarma Technician, Female): Open strictly to female {ODM Rx Platform Protected} qualification is 10th pass with Diploma in Panchakarma and 2 years experience in a reputed Ayurveda Panchakarma hospital, OR a 3-year Graduate degree in a relevant field with 1 year relevant experience. Desirable: Ability to perform Panchakarma procedures on cancer patients, basic computer data management skills, and proficiency in Hindi and Marathi languages.

General Terms: Qualifications must be from recognized Boards/Universities. Relevant experience will be counted after completion of essential {ODM Rx Platform Protected} government employees must submit a No Objection Certificate (NOC) at the time of interview.

Selection Process

Screening will consist of an offline written examination containing multiple-choice questions in General Science, General Analytical Ability, and concerned domain knowledge.

Written test will be followed by a skill assessment covering Human Resource & Financial Management, Social Science Research in cancer and integrated medicine, and patient care.

Candidates qualifying the written and skill tests will be interviewed by the selection committee.

If fewer than 10 candidates apply for Project Technical Support-I (Panchakarma Technician, Female), direct interviews will be held on 07/09/2026 without a written test.

Documents Required

Scanned copy of duly filled and signed application form (for uploading in Google Form).

Two sets of self-attested photocopies of Date of Birth proof (Birth certificate/10th certificate), mark sheets, degrees, experience certificates, caste certificate (if applicable), and statutory council registration (if applicable).

Original certificates for verification, two recent passport-size colour photographs, and original Aadhar card along with two self-attested photocopies.

No Objection Certificate (NOC) from current employer for candidates currently in government service.
