HOSPITAL DEPARTMENT & ROLE SUMMARY
Immediate joining available at a Pharma Company Occupational Health Centre (OHC) in MIDC, Mahad, Raigad District. The facility is currently hiring four nurses to manage industrial health operations and clinical support.

This position offers a fixed monthly salary structure with a clear take-home component after PF deductions. It provides an opportunity to work within an industrial healthcare setting, suitable for candidates seeking consistent shift-based clinical practice.
CORE PRACTICE RESPONSIBILITIES & PROCEDURES
- Monitor employee health status during shift hours.
- Administer first aid and emergency care for workplace injuries.
- Maintain accurate medical records for all clinic visits.
- Coordinate with the medical officer for routine health check-ups.
- Manage the inventory of medical supplies and OHC equipment.
- Ensure compliance with industrial safety and hygiene standards.
PROFESSIONAL CRITERIA & MEDICAL CREDENTIALS
- GNM or B.Sc Nursing qualification.
- Valid Nursing Registration.
- 1–3 years of clinical experience.
- Preference for immediate joiners.
EMOLUMENTS & PRACTICE BENEFITS
- 25,000/- CTC per month.
- 20,000/- take-home salary after PF deduction.
