- Manage patient flow and inquiries within the clinic setting.
- Coordinate tele-calling duties to follow up with patients regarding appointments.
- Communicate clinical information clearly in English, Bengali, and Hindi.
- Assist in maintaining patient records and front-office documentation.
- Handle patient and attendant queries with a professional demeanor.
- Support the nursing team in daily clinical tasks as assigned.

- Prior medical-related work experience.
