Job Overview
Key Responsibilities
- Provide immediate first aid and emergency nursing care to plant staff and workers.
- Manage day-to-day operations and clinical protocols at the company Occupational Health Centre.
- Monitor patient health parameters and record vitals accurately during assigned shifts.
- Maintain clinical stock, medical supplies inventory, and emergency response equipment.
- Work effectively across 8-hour rotational shifts to ensure round-the-clock health center coverage.
- Execute routine clinical nursing duties and document workplace health incidents as per compliance standards.
Qualifications and Requirements
- Male candidates only.
- Qualification: GNM or B.Sc Nursing.
- Experience: Minimum 2+ Years of relevant clinical nursing experience.
Salary and Benefits
- Remuneration: 26k to 28k CTC.
