Department Profile & Vacancy Overview
- Assist patients with daily activities and mobility
- Maintain nursing records and medication charts
- Administer prescribed medicines and injections
- Monitor vital signs and report changes promptly
- Support ward hygiene and infection control measures
- Participate in shift handover and multidisciplinary briefings

- 2 years experience
- Rotational shift (8 hours per day), 6 days/week
