Role Overview & Department Context
Opportunity for clinicians and healthcare staff at a 200-bed super speciality hospital. The facility is currently hiring nursing staff, supervisors, and administrative personnel across multiple locations in West Bengal and other states.
Scope of Clinical Responsibilities
- Manage patient care duties within the assigned ward or department.
- Monitor patient vitals and maintain accurate clinical documentation.
- Administer medications and treatments as per physician orders.
- Coordinate with the nursing team to ensure smooth shift transitions.
- Assist senior medical staff during ward rounds and clinical procedures.
- Maintain adherence to hospital infection control and safety protocols.
PROFESSIONAL CRITERIA & MEDICAL CREDENTIALS
- GNM, BSc Nursing, or MSc Nursing degree for Staff Nurse positions.
- Graduation or BHM required for Supervisor roles.
- 10th standard or matriculation for GDA positions.
- Higher secondary or graduation for Receptionist roles.
Compensation Package & Practice Incentives
- Staff Nurse (Fresher): Rs. 19,000 per month.
- Staff Nurse (Experienced): Rs. 28,000 per month.
- Supervisor: Rs. 25,000 per month.
- GDA: Rs. 12,000 per month.
- Receptionist: Rs. 15,000 per month.
- Personal Assistant: Rs. 45,000 per month.
