About this role.
Practice Summary & Institutional Context
- Manage patient consultations and treatment plans during assigned shifts.
- Execute emergency triage and stabilization procedures in the ER or ICU.
- Follow rotational shift schedules to ensure continuous clinical coverage.
- Maintain patient records and documentation according to hospital standards.
- Coordinate with the nursing team to monitor patient vitals and recovery.
- Adhere to NABH protocols during daily ward rounds and clinical duties.
- MBBS degree with minimum 3 years of experience in a hospital setting.
- GNM with 3 years of experience or B.Sc Nursing with 2 years of experience.
- Current BLS certification is mandatory for all applicants.
- NABH and ALS certification is required for the positions.
Compensation & Practice Offerings
- MBBS salary is 1.10L CTC per month.
- Nursing salary is 29,000 CTC per month.
- Accommodation is provided to doctors at a subsidiary rate.
