Role Overview & Department Context
Clinical Workflows & Daily Duties
- Manage primary clinical consultations for factory personnel during general shifts.
- Execute occupational health screenings in compliance with industrial safety standards.
- Maintain accurate medical records for all employees within the facility HIS.
- Coordinate emergency medical response for workplace injuries or health incidents.
- Conduct routine health surveillance as required by the factory medical mandate.
- Provide medical guidance on workplace safety and health protocols to the management.
