Key Responsibilities

  • Conduct comprehensive vitreoretinal examinations and assessments.
  • Perform advanced vitrectomy, macular surgery, and retinal detachment procedures.
  • Supervise and mentor junior residents in surgical techniques and patient management.
  • Develop and update evidence‑based treatment protocols for retinal diseases.
  • Participate in academic activities, including lectures, case discussions, and research publications.
  • Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to ensure optimal patient outcomes.

Qualifications and Requirements

  • MS or DNB in Ophthalmology (mandatory).
  • Fellowship in vitreoretinal surgery (preferred).
  • Proven experience in managing proliferative diabetic retinopathy, retinal detachment, and macular surgeries.
  • Commitment to teaching, mentoring, and advancing surgical innovation.
