- Manage the daily operations of the 4-machine dialysis unit independently.
- Supervise a team of 2 junior technicians to ensure clinical standards.
- Deliver high-quality patient care during all dialysis sessions.
- Maintain professional communication with patients and clinical staff.
- Coordinate unit workflows to support the planned facility expansion.
- Execute all technical tasks required for safe dialysis patient management.
Candidate Profile & Medical Licensure
- 8–10 years of professional experience as a Dialysis Technician.
- Kerala candidates only.
- Independent unit management capability.
- Demonstrated ability in patient care and teamwork.
