Job Overview
Key Responsibilities
- Deliver direct nursing care to construction site personnel during night shifts
- Monitor patient vitals and administer prescribed medications
- Maintain accurate medical records and injury registers at the OHC
- Manage emergency first aid and casualty stabilization on site
- Coordinate with visiting medical officers for occupational health protocols
- Ensure adherence to safety and hygiene standards within the clinic facility
Qualifications and Requirements
- GNM or B.Sc Nursing degree
- Minimum 2 years of clinical experience
- Valid Maharashtra Nursing Council Certificate
- Mandatory male candidate requirement for the project site
Salary and Benefits
- Monthly in-hand salary of Rs. 27,000
- Additional incentive of Rs. 1,000 extra pay for Sunday working
