Eligibility Criteria
- Degree (Bachelor/Master/Doctorate) in Food Technology, Food Engineering, Biotechnology, Dairy Technology, Agriculture, or allied sciences.
- Medical degrees including MBBS, BDS, BHMS, BUMS, BSMS, BAMS, or Sowa Rigpa Medicine & Surgery.
- Hindi or Sanskrit as a subject in Matriculation or Hindi in higher education.
- Candidates with financial interests in the manufacture, import, or sale of food articles are disqualified.
Selection Process
- Screening Test (OMR-based) to shortlist candidates.
- Subject Knowledge Test (at the discretion of the Commission).
- Interview / Viva-Voce for final personality assessment.

- Scanned signed copy of the application form.
- Academic marksheets and degree certificates.
- Category/Caste certificates valid for 2026–27.
- Recent photograph and signature.
