CLINICAL RESPONSIBILITIES & PATIENT CARE

Assess patient physical condition and mobility limitations.
Develop individual treatment plans based on clinical diagnosis.
Perform manual therapy techniques as required by patient needs.
Monitor patient progress during ongoing rehabilitation sessions.
Document clinical findings and therapy outcomes in patient records.
Coordinate with medical staff regarding patient recovery status.
