🔹 Key Responsibilities
- Conduct community outreach and awareness programs about eye health and vision care
- Assist in organizing eye screening camps at vision centres and surrounding villages
- Maintain patient records and follow-up schedules for vision centre attendees
- Support optometrists and ophthalmologists during patient consultations
- Educate community members about preventive eye care and hygiene practices
- Coordinate with local ASHA workers and anganwadi staff for health initiatives
🎓 Qualifications & Requirements
- Minimum 10+2 education or equivalent
- Basic training in community health work preferred
- Good communication skills in Bengali and English
- Willingness to travel to rural locations and work flexible hours
