OPTIDERM SKIN & HAIR LASER CLINIC is hiring a Clinical Nurse Specialist. The posting offers both full‑time and part‑time options. Candidates will join the Pune‑based skin and aesthetic team located in Baner.
ROLE & RESPONSIBILITIES
The nurse will assist and perform advanced skin and aesthetic procedures under supervision. Daily tasks include calling and managing leads generated from social media platforms and {ODM Rx Protected} candidate must communicate with patients in English and Marathi, explain treatment packages, and guide patients through the sales process. Responsibilities also cover conducting consultations, scheduling follow‑ups, and overseeing overall patient care throughout the treatment cycle. The role requires a presentable, patient‑friendly demeanor and the ability to convert inquiries into booked appointments. Hands‑on training in aesthetic procedures will be provided on the job.
✅ Eligibility Criteria
Applicants must possess a nursing or clinical background. Prior experience in skin or aesthetic procedures is preferred but not {ODM Rx Protected} in English and Marathi is essential; Hindi language skills are a plus. The selection seeks individuals with strong communication and counselling abilities, confidence in patient interaction, and willingness to engage in clinical work and patient conversion.
