Key Responsibilities
- Administer prescribed medications and treatments to patients in assigned wards or units.
- Monitor patient vital signs and maintain accurate clinical charts for the medical team.
- Coordinate with consultants and specialists during rounds and emergency procedures.
- Assist in the admission and discharge processes for patients within the super specialty facility.
- Ensure strict adherence to infection control protocols and hospital safety standards.
- Provide bedside care and support to patients during their recovery and treatment phase.
Qualifications and Requirements
- GNM, BSc Nursing, or MSc Nursing degree for nursing roles.
- BHM or Graduation for Supervisor roles.
- 10th or Matriculation for GDA positions.
- Higher Secondary or Graduation for Receptionist roles.
- Valid Nursing Council registration for clinical nursing staff.
Salary and Benefits
- Staff Nurse (Fresher): Rs. 19,000 per month
- Staff Nurse (Experienced): Rs. 28,000 per month
- Supervisor (Male/Female): Rs. 25,000 per month
- GDA (Male/Female): Rs. 12,000 per month
- Receptionist: Rs. 15,000 per month
- Personal Assistant: Rs. 45,000 per month
