Key Responsibilities
- Execute clinical nursing duties in accordance with hospital protocols and nursing council standards.
- Monitor patient health status and maintain detailed electronic or manual medical records.
- Oversee ward operations and staff coordination in a supervisory capacity for male and female patients.
- Assist medical specialists during clinical examinations and bedside procedures.
- Manage patient reception, registration, and administrative documentation for the department.
- Provide general duty assistance and patient mobility support within the hospital premises.
Qualifications and Requirements
- GNM or BSc Nursing for Staff Nurse (Fresher) positions.
- GNM, BSc Nursing, or MSc Nursing for experienced Staff Nurse roles.
- BHM or Graduation for Supervisor (Male/Female) roles.
- 10th standard or Matriculation for General Duty Assistant (Male/Female) positions.
- Higher Secondary or Graduation for Receptionist roles.
Salary and Benefits
Staff Nurse (Fresher): Rs. 19,000 per month. Staff Nurse (Experienced): Rs. 28,000 per month. Supervisor: Rs. 25,000 per month. GDA: Rs. 12,000 per month. Receptionist: Rs. 15,000 per month. Personal Assistant: Rs. 45,000 per month.
