🔹 Key Responsibilities
- Manage daily laboratory operations and ensure timely, accurate test results.
- Supervise a team of 5‑6 laboratory staff members.
- Ensure quality control and compliance with applicable standards.
- Oversee equipment maintenance and maintain inventory records.
- Coordinate with doctors and other hospital team members for test requisitions and reporting.
- Prepare and manage documentation related to NABL, NABH and QCI accreditation.
🎓 Qualifications & Requirements
- Diploma in Medical Laboratory Technology or B.{ODM Rx Protected} Medical Laboratory Technology from a recognised Indian institution.
- Minimum 8‑12 years of experience in a reputed hospital or diagnostic centre.
- Proven experience with NABL, NABH and QCI documentation and compliance.
- Strong documentation, communication and teamwork skills.
