- Coordinate with insurance companies and patients to ensure seamless billing and reimbursement processes
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of patient admissions, discharges, and billing information
- Collaborate with hospital staff to resolve any issues or concerns related to patient care and billing
- Develop and implement effective strategies to improve patient satisfaction and reduce billing errors
- Ensure compliance with hospital policies and procedures, as well as regulatory requirements
- Provide excellent customer service to patients, families, and insurance companies
🎓 Qualifications & Requirements
- Graduate in any discipline, preferably in a healthcare-related field
- 1-2 years of experience in a hospital setting, preferably in a TPA or billing department
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work in a team and prioritize tasks effectively
