🔹 Key Responsibilities
- Oversee day‑to‑day operations of academic departments, libraries, student services and courses such as BHM, MHM, Paramedical, DNB and Nursing Colleges at both Kolkata and Siliguri.
- Manage facility allocation, scheduling and academic timetabling to optimise resource use.
- Ensure compliance with regulatory standards and align educational strategy with business operations.
- Add new educational courses under WBUT/MAKAUT within stipulated timelines in the healthcare space.
- Lead and mentor academic staff, fostering a culture of continuous improvement.
- Prepare and monitor budgets for academic programmes and report financial performance to senior management.
