Government opening — AIIMS Patna BFI Incubation Centre invites applications for the post of Head (Incubation Centre) in Patna, Bihar. The position carries a consolidated emolument of Rs. 1,20,000.00 per month. Candidates must satisfy the prescribed experience criteria; freshers are not eligible.

The incumbent will design, execute and monitor incubation programmes, manage the full startup lifecycle, oversee financial and compliance matters, and build a robust ecosystem of mentors, clinicians, investors and regulatory bodies, contributing directly to the national health‑care innovation agenda.
🔹 Key Responsibilities
- Lead end‑to‑end incubation operations, including programme design, execution and monitoring.
- Manage the startup lifecycle: scouting, selection, onboarding, mentoring, funding and exit.
- Oversee financial management, including budget utilisation, UC/SoE preparation, PFMS compliance and audits.
- Develop and maintain SOPs, operational frameworks and reporting systems.
- Build and manage a stakeholder ecosystem comprising mentors, clinicians, industry partners, investors and regulatory bodies.
- Support startups in IPR matters, regulatory pathways (CDSCO), clinical validation (IEC) and commercialization strategies.

- Ph.{ODM Rx Protected} Life Sciences
- MBBS
- First class in BTech/ M.Sc degree in Life Sciences
